Hey beautiful Sunshine Coast! We want to introduce ourselves as the 445 Run Club hosts! We are so thrilled to be bringing this incredible community to the Sunshine Coast!
We are launching our first run on Friday 7th November and hope to see as many people there as we can!
There's absolutely no pressure on hitting a certain pace. You can walk, run or sprint and we will meet back at the same time for a dip and a coffee!
Details:
Location - Alexandra Headland Surf Club
Time - 4:45am arrival (5am run start time)
Duration - 20mins out, 20mins back
What to bring - your wonderful selves, friends, family, swimmers and a towel (for a post run dip of course)
