We're super happy to be returning for our Kids 6wk Summer Capoeira Course classes held at our Sunny Coast Capoeira Academia, 1/12 Kelly Court. The course will start on November 9th and will run each Sunday at 10am.Our Kids Capoeira classes are great for primary school aged children regardless of their level of experience. Whether they're complete beginners or are already experienced little capoeiristas, we customise our sessions to keep kids happy, challenged & engaged.
Our sessions include music, singing, dance, acrobatics, kicks and escapes and most importantly are taught in a casual fun environment that encourages play and self expression.
Capoeira was started in Brazil by African slaves as a means of cultural resistance and has now grown and spread out all over the world where it continues to be used as a means of self discovery, self defence and self mastery.
More than just a Martial Art, Capoeira helps promote a healthy body & mind connection, multicultural understanding and boosts self confidence.
At the conclusion of our course the children will receive a certificate of achievement and an opportunity to play in a special Capoeira Roda held to celebrate their progress.

$100 for 1 Child
+$50 for additional family members
