Join 445 Crew every Saturday for our community 5K social run through Central London.
Whether you're a first-time runner or chasing a new PB, everyone is welcome. We run together, support each other, and no one gets left behind.
After the run we'll finish at BLK Cab Coffee on Portland Street where all 445 Crew members receive 10% off food and drinks! the perfect opportunity to grab a coffee, refuel and meet new people.
