You've got clients, the momentum is there. You're proud of it, genuinely - but somewhere between the invoicing, the inbox, and everyone who has an opinion on what you should do next, it gets harder to hear the one voice that actually built this in the first place. Yours.
This is a free, in-person morning workshop for women in business, whether that's month one or year ten - who want to build something they'll still love running for years to come.
Why This Morning Is Different
You've probably done a values exercise before. Written the words down, felt good for a week, filed it away. This isn't that.
Over two hours, we'll go right back to why you actually started, not the polished version, the real one. Then we'll get properly honest about whose voices actually shape your decisions. Not just clients, a business partner, or the external noise and expectations around you - we're going deeper, to the fear, the comparison, the opinion of someone you're trying not to disappoint, the version of "success" you never actually chose for yourself. Even building alone, that table is rarely empty. We'll notice who's sitting at it, and where your own voice has been sitting too.
From there, we slow right down and spend real time listening to what you already know - logically, emotionally, and in your gut, before you leave with one thing, written down, that you're actually going to start doing straight away.
This is coaching-led, not lecture-led. Expect reflection, honest conversation in a small group, and space to think.

Stay On Afterwards
The workshop wraps at 12:30, but there's no need to rush off. Stay for a coffee, lunch, keep talking with the women in the room, or carry on working in the café for the rest of the day. I'll also be around if you'd like a short one-to-one chat about anything that came up for you.
