40 Days to Personal Revolution Are you ready to take your yoga practice off your mat and start creating powerful, meaningful changes everywhere in your life? Are you ready for a program that will look at ALL aspects of yoga?
Then this is for you!
40 Days to Personal Revolution is a 6-week program based on the book written by Baron Baptiste and is designed to give you the tools you need to live a healthy and inspired life.
Beginning Friday, January 10th we will dive into a daily yoga practice, daily meditation, personal inquiry, and establish a balanced way of eating.
We will hold weekly group meetings every Friday for accountability & inspiration. Weekly meetings will be facilitated by Shelly Manges & Kristina Adams.
The 40 Days to Personal Revolution book can be found for purchase at the studio, on Amazon or Kindle.
Please purchase beforehand and bring the book, a journal, and pen to all meetings.
Cost:
$169 includes a 6 week Unlimited Membership
$89 Unlimited members members
Includes: The entire 6 week course which consists of weekly yoga sessions and a 60 minute discussion session all held at the PYFW studio.
Our weekly schedule will be:
6:00PM - 7:00 PM yoga classes.
7:15 PM - 8:15PM discussions.
