4-week Beginners Self Defence Course - for only £30!We're delighted to be announcing our Beginners Self Defence Course!
The course will be running at Glasgow Club Kelvinhall for 4 weeks from Thursday, 26th of September, on Thursdays, 6-7pm
No experience necessary! All you need is comfortable gym-type clothing, including trainers and a bottle of water. We'll take care of the rest!
The course will challenge you to grow and is suitable for all ages and abilities. The venue is opposite Kelvingrove Art Gallery, close to Glasgow Uni, and can be accessed by subway or bus.
The course will teach you about
Intro and Basics
Situational training such as chokes, bearhugs and more
Weapons
Ground Techniques and Sparring
