4 STAR STRENGTH WEIGHTLIFTING CLINIC

If you are looking to "Level up" your lifting with coaching that is specialized and catered to the Olympic Lifts or an environment where you will be able to feel the energy around you this clinic is for you.

We are setting out with the mission to teach, make massive corrections, and educate athletes both new and experienced on their movements to get them to that next level.

We will be capping at 20 athletes and the movements athletes can expect to go over are both catered to those getting ready for major WL meets coming up as well as preparing for their CrossFit season coming.

Areas being reviewed.

• Snatch
• Clean
• Split Jerk
• Liftoff methanics
• Supporting accessories/supplimental movements

These sections will have their own respective areas worked which we feel athletes need the most work on but know athletes attending should come expecting to work. The clinic will be going 4 hours straight and is bound to be a great workout but at the same time "intense" learning.

Everyone attending it is assumed you have a basic fundamental understanding of the lifts.

We look forward to seeing everyone there and also look forward to seeing many of you develop throughout the clinic and beyond!
