4-Day, 3-Night Higher States of Consciousness Retreat

In this 4-day, 3-night digital-free intensive, we'll create opportunities for you to tap into your intuitive nature and safely journey into higher states of consciousness. It is often in these states of high alpha and theta brainwave frequencies that we are able to compassionately unravel trauma, beliefs, and patterns that are holding us back from achieving self-actualization.

This is a multi-modal retreat leveraging sound, movement, breath, plant medicine, energy work, and instructional hands-on learning to help you lean in to and cultivate your inner knowing.

The hiking, biking, and water sports are epic, along with the stunning sunsets and mild temperatures. Our retreat will be taking place in a beautiful home with 3 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3.5 baths. The home includes a hot tub, a well-appointed kitchen, and lovely outdoor living spaces.
