The full moon occurs when the moon is directly opposite the sun in its orbit around Earth. The yin and yang of the positions of Mother Earth and Goddess Moon creates an opportune time to devote focus towards surrendering the things that no longer serve us. As you move and breathe through this practice, you’ll find ways to release stagnant or negative energy, thereby bringing you closer to what you desire most.
