This 75-minute session is a welcoming introduction to Kundalini Yoga, designed for both newcomers and experienced practitioners curious to explore the practice in an accessible, grounded way. We’ll begin with a brief overview of what Kundalini is, why it’s beneficial, and how kriyas—intentional combinations of breath, movement, mantra, and stillness—support balance, clarity, and vitality. From there, we’ll move into practice, experiencing several foundational kriyas so you can feel the effects in your own body. We’ll close with a quiet integration meditation, allowing space for the practice to settle, integrate, and leave you feeling grounded and present. Who this is for? Anyone curious about Kundalini Yoga, those seeking a deeper sense of clarity and nervous system balance, and practitioners looking to explore a more subtle, energetic dimension of practice. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to listen inward and move at your own pace. Modifications and options will be offered, and participation in breath, mantra, or movement is always an invitation—never a requirement.
