You will be guided through a relaxing sound meditation, focusing on your heart chakra. Then, you will have the opportunity to draw so you can see the beautiful messages waiting for you. We will then interpret your drawing together.
All are welcome, quiet that little voice it is wrong, we are all creative! Your creativity will flow with our guidance.

As an experienced life coach and mother of five, she understands life's challenges and emphasizes grounding oneself and chakra alignment. Pam's expertise lies in guiding individuals toward nurturing their overall well-being, encompassing mind, body, and soul.
