Experience a grounding sound integration meditation, with tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and gong. Then build your own drum, elk with maple frame!
Our facilitators:
Aric Mckeown has been making drums for 30 years. He was introduced to the red road at the age of 16 and have carried Lakota songs, teachings, and ceremonies ever since. He is a carrier of songs for powwows and ceremonies of all kinds. The red road showed him a way of spirituality and saved his life many times. He has sang for various interpretors and medicine men from rosebud, SD. He is blessed to help carry the traditions of drum making and continue to share the power they give to the people as the heartbeat of mother earth.

Michelle developed many of the tools and practices she now incorporates by seeking healing for herself for over a decade. She offers private and group sessions to help your body relax, so your mind can focus.
