### **Rules and Regulations:**
1. The **Dhaka City College Science Club** reserves the sole authority to determine and alter the time, venue, subjects, judges, and mentors for each segment. Any objections should be directed to the Science Club.
2. The decision of the judges in all segments is final, and no disputes regarding the judgment process will be entertained.
3. Participants are kindly requested to adhere to these terms and cooperate with the Dhaka City College Science Club in ensuring the success of this extraordinary event.
### **Important Notes:**
1. **Uniform and ID Card:** Participants must wear their official uniform and carry their ID card for entry access to the festival.
2. Participants will receive updates about the specific time and date for each segment via an event post. We kindly ask all participants to arrive at least **30 minutes** before the scheduled time, as the event will run on a strict timetable.
3. **No On-Site Registration:** Please note that spot registration will not be available.
