Get ready for the ultimate Cajun cooking showdown! The SCCA Triple Crown Cajun Championship brings together the best cooks, teams, food lovers, and families for a day packed with incredible Cajun cuisine, live entertainment, vendors, and championship competition.
Teams will compete in three signature Cajun categories:
🔥 Gumbo
🔥 Jambalaya
🔥 Étouffée
Each category will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, along with a People's Choice Champion.
For teams competing in all three categories, scores will be combined to determine the coveted:

👑 Triple Crown Reserve Grand Champion
