3rd Annual Lets Take a Mental Health Break(fast)

Peer Support Space's resources are more needed than ever. Simultaneously, the majority of our funding is in grave danger of being eliminated - we need your help!

Due to the recent urgent need to diversify our funding sources, we are looking to raise $84,000 for 300 respite stays.

Join us for a morning of celebrating peer support, delicious food, good company, and a much-needed break to nourish our bodies and minds. We are inviting our partners, and community members with the financial means to support our work, to come learn about a new, innovative, life-saving resource that just opened in Central Florida. Our morning will feature a full breakfast, special speakers, local performances, and a special look at the early impact of Central Florida's first peer-led respite, Eva's Casita. Our recommended donation per seat is $150. You may donate when purchasing your ticket or at the event via check, venmo, card, or cash. Sponsorship options range from $500 - $25,000 and can be explored at tinyurl.com/sponsorpss.

🌻 $10 supports one set of fidgets (comfort items) for one of our groups.
🌻 $30 supports one 1:1 session.
🌻 $55 supports one facilitator's compensation for a peer-led community gathering.
🌻 $100 supports one week of transportation assistance for individuals to access our resources.
🌻 $250 supports one night of somebody's respite stay.
🌻 $500 supports one month of food at Eva's Casita.
🌻 $1500 supports one year of all costs for a monthly community gathering.
🌻 $5000 supports one month of rent at Eva's CasitaHelp us raise $84,000 to support 300 nights of respite stays!

Our event will take place at the Winter Park Center for Health and Wellbeing which is located at 2005 Mizell Ave., Winter Park, FL.
Please note this was formally called the Wellvue. It is the same location, different name. Our venue space is donated by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

Info: Guests are encouraged to come by 8:30AM to register, take a picture at our "This is Fine" photo booth complete with mental health advocacy props, and to take a first look at display boards with photos and powerful impact information from Eva's Casita's first year in operation. This is also time to low energy mingle with those wanting to.
