✅ Vendor Set-Up Time: Please arrive at 1:30pm on day of event to setup. Vendors can arrive through the vendor road to unload at Hope Pavilion and then proceed to the main parking lot to park. Your vendor ticket includes parking and entry into the event. Ice machine and sink are available for all vendors in the catering kitchen
