CHANGE (Connecting Hmong for Advocacy, Networking, Growth, and Equity) is honored to host the 3rd Annual Hmong Mental Health Conference. Our focus is on adolescent mental health, as we continue to see rising rates of suicide attempts and completion within our community. Through this conference, we hope to create a meaningful space for both youth and parents to openly engage in conversations about mental health challenges.
Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026 (8AM - 4:30PM). Doors will open at 7am for registration and breakfast.
