All residents of the Northside Hill Neighborhood are invited to attend the annual meeting for the NHNA.
1) Vote on proposed amendment to bylaws.
2) Vote on amendment to Articles of Incorporation to comply with our 501(c)3 status.
3) Election of the Steering Committee
To run in the election, nominate yourself (or have someone else) when nominations for a position are heard. Be prepared to speak for 1-2 minutes for why you might be a good fit.
In the case of a contested election, the Secretary shall conduct a secret ballot.
4) Open discussion, thoughts on the year ahead
5) Adjourn.
