Celebrating his 3rd kidney transplant anniversary, North Carolina singer/songwriter Jason Adamo is teaming up once again with Di Fara Pizza Tavern for an unforgettable night of music, community, and giving back.
🎤 STRUMS & SLICESThis special benefit concert supports the Alliance for Paired Kidney Donation (APKD) - the organization that helped make Jason’s lifesaving 6-surgery kidney transplant exchange possible in 2023. APKD, a nonprofit founded in 2006 by Dr. Michael A. Rees, helps patients who have willing kidney donors but are unable to receive a kidney from them because of incompatible blood or tissue types. By connecting incompatible donor-recipient pairs, APKD makes living-donor kidney swaps and transplant chains possible—and helps save lives.
