About this Event

Course Description: An introduction to real estate agents about how to recommend neutral home staging paint colors, paint sheens and what to look for on the interior and exterior of a home when it comes to suggesting the right color, type and quality of paint in order to sell a home in today's real estate market. Agents will learn all about the benefits of paint, paint stats, how to use paint app tools online, where to get samples of paint, average pricing when it comes to painting interior rooms, kitchen cabinets and exterior of a home. Krisztina will share her recommended paint color and design trends for 2026 and get access to her neutral home staging paint color chart by Sherwin-Williams to help agents especially with the challenges of marketing "vacant" properties.

A coat of paint is the least expensive way to transform a home instantly and get it into its most marketable condition to sell and this NEW paint CE class is going to give you all the inside scoop and more to help agents feel more confident in making paint recommendations and more knowledgeable when it comes to their next listing presentation to sell a home!
