Due to popular request, we have added an Advanced Level for those who wanna level up their meringue making by adding a 3D Meringue characters on selected Princess Series.
Only recommended to those who has basic knowledge and skills in making meringue.

*Emphasize on importance of
stable and smooth meringue
*Learn to judge meringue quality and readiness
*Review on colour mixing techniques
*Piping techniques application on features and overall 3D effects.
*Refresh on techniques in baking to eliminate crack, rough finishes.
