This 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training includes both Module 1 and Module 2. Module 1 may be taken on its own, or you may enroll in the full program. for details about the full program. Pricing options for both are listed below.
Module 1: Refined Alignment, Hands-On Assists, Functional Anatomy and Masterful Sequencing
January 8 – January 24, 2027
Module 1 Full Weekends:

• January 8–10
• January 15–17
• January 22–24

Full Weekend Schedule:

• Friday: 5pm - 9pm
• Saturday: 11am - 7:30pm
• Sunday: 11am- 7:30pm

Plus 4 Zoom Sessions (2-Hours Each)
Module 2: Advanced Anatomy, Advanced Philosophy and Mindfulness, Business of Yoga, Advanced Teaching Methodology and Practicum
February 5 – February 21, 2027
Module 2 Full Weekends:

• Feb 5–7
• Feb 12–14
• Feb 19–21

Full Weekend Schedule:

• Friday: 5pm - 9pm
• Saturday: 11am - 7:30pm
• Sunday: 11am- 7:30pm
