As you rest within this restorative field, the harmonic tones of crystal singing bowls, ethereal vocals, and other soothing instruments work in concert with the EESystem’s subtle frequencies, supporting your body’s natural capacity to realign, release stress, and restore inner coherence. Together, sound and scalar energy create an environment that nourishes both body and spirit with an invitation to drop deeply into stillness and allow your system to reset.

Emma Peck is a lifelong musician, psychotherapist, yoga instructor, and sound healer who has led over 200 sound baths across the Bay Area and beyond. She began exploring sound healing in 2020, blending her love of music with her work in the healing arts, and has since trained with experienced practitioners while developing her own unique approach. Through her offerings with Sound and Soul, Emma creates restorative, accessible experiences that support wholeness, aliveness, and connection to self.

Dana Murphy is a transformative Sound Practitioner, Life Coach, and Reiki Master who guides others to discover their authentic selves through the healing power of sound and conscious awareness. With certifications from the Sound Healers Academy and Elementum Coaching Institute, alongside studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies, she brings both formal training and profound personal experience to her practice.
