Meet Asha,

Asha is a 200hr certified yoga and mat pilates instructor. Growing up in Los Angeles as an athlete, she's had a passion for wellness for as long as she can remember. Movement is medicine that she shares with her clients through dynamic classes that blend challenge, flexibility, and metaphor, all set to a playlist that will power you through.
