Ready to boost your confidence and learn some powerful self-defense moves? Join our 3-Week Women’s Warrior Self-Defense and Empowerment Program—an in-person experience designed just for you! Whether you’re a total beginner or want to sharpen your skills, this program’s got your back. Meet awesome ladies, get active, and feel unstoppable. Don’t miss out on this empowering journey!

This is our signature class and was the inspiration behind our book "Rewired: Transforming Trauma through Self-Defense Training." It's designed to help you become your own best protector!

• The 3-Class Program starts the first Sunday of each month from 4:00pm-6:00pm or the first Wednesday of each month from 5:45pm-7:45pm, your choice.
• Remaining classes held Wednesdays or Sundays, your choice.
• 1st Class held the 1st week of month, 2nd Class held 2nd week, 3rd Class held the 3rd week of the month.
• Class #1 covers: Risk reduction strategies, Criminal and defensive mindsets, Stranger vs. non-stranger attacks, Finding our voice, Defensive posture, Striking fundamentals.
• Class #2 covers: Blocking strikes, Advanced striking, Defense against common grabs.
• Class #3 covers: Escaping holds, Defending ourselves on the ground, Dynamic scenario training to conquer adrenaline/fear and to test your new skills.
• Open to females 10 yrs. and over
• Males may not stay during class
• Waiver required to participate
