Join me inside the Himalayan salt cave at Earth Salt Stone for “Root & Rise”, an intimate, healing & empowering yoga experience created to invite you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
The focus for this session is gentle, yin-yoga flow, included with intentional breathwork, aromatherapy, and creating a space to release what feels heavy or uncertain and reconnect with your divine power, strength and self. A gentle, but empowering Reminder.
