Let this be a time to plant roots in life’s enduring flow, even as we remain open to the unknown. This is your time to pause, reset and let go of any attachment, material or emotional, fully resetting your nervous system, getting a clearer view on what really matters – what story belongs to you and which one is not in your control? This is a session to release and look at your own bigger picture.
This class has been created to do so in yoga nidra – to cultivate LETTING GO. A yummy yoga nidra session with a heavy focus on cleansing our world within along the chakra line. Mellow tunes, sound healing and head tuning fork massages at the end of the session will be added to facilitate energy flow – to leave rooted back in your confidence, with a cleared system and inner trust.
