“Allow your eyes to stretch across to the blue horizon and your lungs to fill with the fresh salty sea air....”From the 26th to the 29th of September we will be taking our Pilates classes to the heart of Trebetherick at Highcliffe in North Cornwall, just moments from the coast for a 3 night wellbeing retreat.
This weekend is the perfect opportunity for you to treat yourself, to be kind to yourself and to find joy in the simple things.
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Cornish coast and let the magic of Cornwall envelop and surround you.

What's included:
- 3 nights accommodation, with towels and bed linen provided.
- 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners, created by our on site chef as well as tasty special sweet treats
