A nurturing and nourishing half day retreat. Time to pause and reconnect with yourself in this peaceful mini retreat comprising the powerful combination of restorative yoga and soundhealing. Designed to restore body, mind and soul completely.

Welcome and settle in:
1.30-2 pm
Begin with gentle grounding and intention setting as you arrive in a calm and supportive environment.
90 minutes restorative yoga
2-3.30 pm
Sink into a deep relaxation easily through
slow supported poses that invite rest and healing.
90 minutes of soundhealing
3.40-5.10 pm
Let go completely and restore your inner harmony as you’re bathed in the soothing tones of crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, monochord, voice and other healing instruments.
Light nourishing meal
5.20-6 pm
Closing with a light plant based meal to nourish you from the inside out.
Mats, blanket and all equipment will be provided. However, please feel free to bring anything you need to ensure your complete comfort.
Come as you are and leave feeling rested, rebalanced and replenished.
