Enjoy six 3 minutes talks on mental health in the workplace with opportunities for questions to all speakers. You will hear clear and concise techniques to help you manage your mental wellbeing in work and help you be a better employer surrounding mental health in work too.

You will find out what responsibilities are on employers to support the mental health of their employees and how far the law goes to protect employees. Emma will also provide some top tips on having conversations with employees around mental health issues and performance.

Heather Arnold- Find Your Calm

Using Mindfulness to help you in the workplace- take part in relaxing breathing exercises and take home some useful tips on using mindfulness to help you at work.

Ideas to support your staff’s mental health- Learn the implementable ways The Village Hotel support their own staff’s mental health.

Daryhl Lewis- Psychological Wellbeing Support Worker, Making Space

Coping with workplace stress- Gain some practical advice and strategies to help you alter your thinking and manage workplace stress.
