Learn how your subconscious mind stores and repeats old patterns
Practice shifting painful memories using NLP visual tools
Begin the forgiveness process with your inner child
Group activity: Identify where you physically hold emotional pain
Close with a guided release and relaxation exercise
DAY 2: Letting Go of Triggers & Emotional Patterns
Theme: Release, Reset, and Realign
Clear major emotions: anger, sadness, fear, guilt
Heal inner conflict (e.g., "Part of me wants change, but part of me is scared")
Install peace and worthiness using NLP anchoring techniques
Guided breathwork to disconnect from trauma states
Journaling: “Who was I before the pain?”
Group healing circle to release emotions and restore balance
DAY 3: Rebuilding Confidence & Stepping Into Your Power
