With over 60% of our bodies composed of water, this 3-day retreat invites you to harmonize your internal flow — mind, body, and spirit — by connecting to the sacred essence of water and the elemental forces that sustain life.

We have gathered powerful sacraments to guide you in aligning with your inner rhythm and true essence. Through the Divine Mother, you will be invited to explore emotional currents, allowing yourself to surrender fully into the present moment. This feminine sacrament teaches you to quiet the mind, open the heart, and embrace self-love and inner wisdom.

San Pedro (Huachumita), carrying a predominantly masculine energy, will lead you into a space of breath and movement through a special yoga session guided by our ceremonial leaders. Through mindful breathing and body awareness, you’ll tap into resilience and mental clarity, allowing purposeful insight to emerge naturally.

With the sacrament of Father Divine, you will be gently guided into a profound connection with your higher self, discovering the ever-present support of your breath as a bridge to divine awareness.

We invite you to bring a yoga mat, rattle, or drum if you have one, to enhance your ceremonial experience.
