Join Alexia for a free Hatha Yoga class under the trees in this quaint, beautiful park. Expect a gentle yet energizing flow with breathwork. Modifications, blocks, and straps provided.

September highlights the crown chakra: our center of spiritual connection, higher consciousness, and inner wisdom. This energy point governs our ability to connect with something greater than ourselves, cultivate awareness, and trust the wisdom that exists beyond the mind. When balanced, it helps us feel peaceful, open, present, and deeply connected to ourselves and the world around us. Wear violet, white, or soft lavender to help activate and harmonize this energy.

No tips, no catch—just stretch, breathe, and unwind.
