Join Alexia for a free, all-levels Hatha Yoga class under the trees in this quaint and beautiful park. Free parking! Map below. We'll be exploring the chakras through mudra, mantra, asana, meditation, and a sound bath. A different chakra each month, for 7 months of FREE yoga!

June highlights the heart chakra: our center of love, compassion, and connection. This energy point governs our ability to give and receive love, cultivate empathy, nurture relationships, and remain open to both ourselves and others. When balanced, it helps us feel emotionally grounded, connected, forgiving, and aligned with a deeper sense of harmony and belonging. Wear green, soft pink, or earth tones to help activate and harmonize this energy.

Expect a gentle yet energizing flow with breathwork. Modifications, blocks, and straps are provided.

No tips, no catch—just stretch, breathe, and unwind.
