Join Alexia for a free, all-levels Hatha Yoga class under the trees in this quaint and beautiful park. Free parking! Map below. We'll be exploring the chakras through mudra, mantra, asana, meditation, and a sound bath. A different chakra each month, for 7 months of FREE yoga!

May highlights the solar plexus chakra: our center of personal power, confidence, and inner fire. This energy point governs our sense of self, motivation, willpower, and the ability to take aligned action. When balanced, it helps us feel empowered, focused, and grounded in our purpose. Wear yellow or golden tones to help activate and harmonize this energy. 💛✨

Expect a gentle yet energizing flow with breathwork. Modifications, blocks, and straps are provided.

No tips, no catch—just stretch, breathe, and unwind.
