Welcome to THE DREAM EVENT!

We are having an Event called The DREAM Event (Diabetes, Resource, Education, and Management) scheduled for July 25, 2024, from 11 am to 3 pm, aiming to raise awareness about pre-diabetes and diabetes. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from a dynamic trio committed to transforming lives through holistic health approaches. The lineup includes a seasoned nutritionist offering insights on managing prediabetes and diabetes, a passionate fitness trainer leading invigorating exercises, and a talented nutritionist chef showcasing delicious low-glycemic dishes. Additionally, Wayne Health Mobile will be on-site to provide diabetes, kidney, and cholesterol screenings during the event.
