Pakistan Masters Weightlifting Association (PMWA) is proud to announce that Pakistan will host one of the most prestigious international Masters weightlifting events in 2026.
From 06 to 12 February 2026, Islamabad will welcome Masters athletes from across Asia and the world for the 2nd Asian Masters Weightlifting Championship, held jointly with the 2nd World Masters Weightlifting Grand Prix.
This international championship is open to Masters athletes aged 30 years and above and will feature competitors from multiple countries, competing across official age groups and bodyweight categories under International Masters Weightlifting Association (IMWA) rules.
