The National Fried Chicken Festival 5K Run/Walk is back for year 2 on Saturday, October 3, as part of the festival's milestone 10th anniversary celebration. Join us for a scenic race along the New Orleans Lakefront before a full day of food, music, and fun.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, casual walker, weekend jogger, or just looking for an excuse to earn your calories, this is the event for you! And for those with little racers looking to get in on the action, don't miss the Kids 1-Mile Fun Run for children 12 & under.
This year's race features two registration options: a Just Run package, which includes the 5K and post-race party, or upgrade to the Race + Festival Admission package to continue the celebration with a complimentary general admission ticket (good for Saturday or Sunday) to experience all the National Fried Chicken Festival has to offer after you cross the finish line.
