Please join us for Lotus Foundation's 2nd Annual Hope Blooms Benefit for Survivors of Human Trafficking! This year, the event is being hosted at Phantom Canyon Brewing Company. We will have the third floor of the building with beautiful views of downtown Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Mountain. Phantom Canyon will be catering the event, as well as tending the cash bar.
Event details are as follows.
Schedule of Events: At 4:00 we will open with cocktails, appetizers, and time to mingle and bid on auction items. The program will begin around 5:00, with the bar's last call at 7:30 before we close at 8:00.
Hors d'oeuvres: Fruit and Cheese tray, Hummus with Vegetables and Naan, Caprese Skewers, Soft Pretzel Knots with Beer Cheese
Dinner Menu: Smoked Pulled Pork, Peppercorn Smoked Brisket, Garlic Green Beans, Mac N' Cheese, Brioche Buns

Dessert Menu: Assortment of Chef's Choice Petite Desserts
Keynote Speaker: An incredible survivor is joining us to tell her story. (Let's call her A) A has gone from living some of the worst horrors imaginable, to crossing state lines with nothing but the clothes she was wearing, to building a beautiful life for herself. She is an inspiration to us all here at Lotus, and we hope you will be in awe of her as much as we are! A is not just a survivor, she is a thriver.
This is sure to be a beautiful evening full of Hope, you won't want to miss it!
