Evening Itinerary & Highlights

• 5:00 PM: Doors Open & Silent Auction Commencement
• Begin the evening by immersing yourself in our "Roaring 20s" atmosphere. Enjoy a festive Mariachi welcome and be the first to peruse our amazing silent auction items.
• 5:30 PM: Grand Opening Ceremony
• An elegant commencement to our evening of celebration.
• 6:00 PM: Gourmet Dinner & Keynote Presentation
• Savor a specially curated menu of authentic Latin cuisine prepared by our featured chef, accompanied by an inspiring keynote address dedicated to our community’s mission.
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Scholarship Awards Ceremony
• Witness the most anticipated moment of the night as we celebrate the academic achievements of our scholarship recipients.
• 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Cultural Showcase & Fashion Gala
• Conclude the night with a mesmerizing performance featuring traditional cultural dances and a spectacular fashion show highlighting the timeless elegance and flair of the era.
