We at Yoga HEL in Hakaniemi, Helsinki are hosting the three-week intensive of the 26&2 Teacher Training, designed and led by Esak Garcia and Jasmine Nash. The training is focused on learning how to effectively teach the 26&2 series, which is the 90 minutes Original Hot class.
This is a thorough apprenticeship-style training for a small group of future hot yoga teachers with a maximum of 15 participants. Students will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certificate once all the requirements are complete.
During training, students will gain real teaching experience and receive mentorship from some of the most experienced teachers in the hot yoga world.
The three week intensive training takes place at Yoga HEL in Helsinki, Finland from September 21-October 11, 2025, during which each student teaches a minimum of 4 classes to the public, and as a group study posture technique, teaching skills, voice and public speaking, anatomy and physiology, and yoga philosophy.
The training is followed by a three month practicum period from October 12-December 12, 2025 during which each student teaches 2 classes per week to the public for 13 consecutive weeks (26 classes in total.)
