In partnership with 24 Hour Fitness, this event brings together a variety of wellness-focused vendors, expert trainers, and two energizing fitness classes designed to help you jumpstart your goals. Connect with professionals, explore new wellness resources, and get inspired to make this your healthiest year yet.

There are 2 classes being offered. One from 9-10 AM and one from 10-11 AM.

• 9AM CLASS: Circuit training, station-to-station, full body work out
• 10AM CLASS: Yoga class with relaxation and breathing exercises
