🐾🎃 The 23rd Annual Black Mountain HowlOWeen Pet Parade & Costume Contest, presented by Bone-A-Fide Pet Boutique, takes over Town Square on Saturday, October 25 at 3:00 p.m. The parade is FREE and open to all well-behaved pets and people, with an $8 entry fee for the costume contest benefiting a local animal rescue. Cash prizes and local gift certificates will be awarded in seven fun categories, from “Most Spooktacular” to “Creepin’ Cute.”
