The tradition continues! Veteran suicide awareness is a cause that is important to us as a veteran-owned business. Jenna began hosting the 22WOD in 2018 at Anytime Fitness, marking 2026 the 9th consecutive year of hosting in Galesburg. The 22WOD benefits the Honor and Courage Foundation. Approximately 22 Veterans a day die by suicide.
In order to promote awareness and show our Nation’s Heroes from all eras they are not alone, please join us in the 22 Workout of the Day (WOD) Fitness Event to End Veteran Suicide.
Registration and Sponsorship funds raised will go to help support access to the Stellate Ganglion Block Program, a possible breakthrough in PTSD treatment, and other Honor and Courage Foundation Programs such as Special Grants, and the 24/7 Hotline. In 2024 the foundation sponsored 10 SGB procedures, fielded 600+ hotline calls, and provided funds for dozens of military families in need.
