This chair-based dance class is welcoming to every body and every level—no dance experience needed. Just come as you are and move in a way that feels right for you.
Kathleen Ridlon, MFA, holds a Certificate from the acclaimed Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and is a dance educator, movement coach, choreographer, and Associate Professor of Dance at Knox College. Her teaching blends professional dance training with an inclusive, accessible approach that invites participants to move with confidence and intention.
