21 Days is coming.
Most fasts ask people to give up food. This one asks for both and the second half is the harder one.
We are fasting from food from 12:00am to 3:00pm. And we are fasting from careless words for twenty-one days.
The 3pm break isn't arbitrary. In Acts 3:1, Peter and John go up to the temple at "the ninth hour" — three o'clock, the hour of prayer. We break where they prayed.
But the food is the smaller part. A man can go without eating and still tear somebody down at 3:15. The fast of this house is a fast of the mouth.
