2026 Wise women Retreat

Calling all Wise Women!
This year's Wise Women Retreat will center around Ayurveda and healing. Katie Lee will be on hand to share a little about the history and art of henna, and we'll all have a chance to adorn ourselves with henna designs for the weekend. We'll also be drawing and coloring mandalas. Discover your dosha archetype and learn ways to balance your chakras. As an added treat, we will have the Bone Lady on hand to share the art of bone divination, aka osteomancy.
Our retreat begins on Friday afternoon with campsite choosing and set up followed by our Wise Women potluck and a discussion about bone divination led by Danielle Chavez, our very own Bone Lady.
Saturday is our main event. Enjoy a homemade breakfast followed by an opening ceremony in the labyrinth. Mary will share a little about Vata, Pitta, and Kapha energy centers and balancing your chakras. Katie will introduce you to the history and art of henna. After lunch, we'll continue with the henna, and explore mandalas. While we're applying henna and drawing our mandalas, Danielle will be offering bone readings at a discounted rate of $25. Late afternoon will be our Wise Women Council followed by a closing ceremony in the labyrinth and dinner on your own. After dinner, more fire pit time.
Those staying over a 2nd night are welcome to enjoy another homemade breakfast and relax a bit before breaking camp and heading home.
The cost for this event is $60 per Wise Women, and includes your campsite, your henna, use of supplies for drawing and coloring mandalas, breakfast on Saturday, lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
