This will be the sixth year of the Winter Tava Frozen Marathon. There is a recommended starting time of 7:00 am but participants may start at any time. The route is to make it to the summit of Pikes Peak and return to Manitou along any route of your choosing.
There are no aid stations, no entry fees, and no awards. Finishers may get a bumper sticker if you haven't already earned one. The summit house may be closed so you should be prepared to be self supported for the journey.
