2026 Toy Swap
Advertisement
Do you have any toys that your kids have outgrown or no longer use? Consider swapping them out for something new-to-you!
Bring in your gently used toys to the Youth Services Desk between November 1 and November 6 and receive a ticket for each toy you donate. Bring in your tickets on Saturday, November 7 to exchange for some new-to-you toys. Ticket holders can “shop” from 10 am-12 pm. Any leftover toys will be available to the public from 2-3 pm.
Please read the following carefully:
Bring in no more than 10 toys per family. Toys appropriate for ages 0-12.
Toys can be brought in November 1-6 during library hours. No toys will be accepted the day of the swap.
The swap is a “toy for a toy” regardless of the original cost. Smaller toys (ex. hot wheels cars, etc.) may be grouped together before being brought in for a single ticket.
No cloth/fabric toys or toys intended to be put in a child’s mouth (teething items, etc.). Staff reserve the right to refuse toys that do not meet the requirements.
No large ride-on toys (electronic cars, trucks, bikes, etc.)
Toys should be clean and in good, working condition (no missing parts, please).
If you would like to donate toys instead of, or in addition to, getting tickets to swap, we will gladly accept items that meet our requirements.
Examples of toys to bring include complete puzzles, games, wooden toys, toy sets, action figures, construction toys, educational toys, physical activity toys, etc.
The swap is first come first served; toys cannot be purchased, sold, or reserved.
