Celebrate Island life by floating, paddling, rowing and motoring downriver in the North Portland Harbor. The Parade follows a smiling curved path through the picturesque Columbia River, spanning two river miles, starting at the east end of Hayden Island and finishing at the railroad bridge west of the last moorage on Hayden Island.
